Taken on a very overcast day.
In case you're interested about post-processing: I tone mapped the image to bring out some detail in the shadowed building, which was still relatively bright due to reflection off the water and the overcast skies. I then masked the sky and added more blue using an overlay layer. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
